It is the best portable touch screen media player out there in terms of value. You have multi touch, 2 cameras, wifi, access to applications, and one sexy looking device. I mean the only other competition to the Apple iPod Touch, is the Zune HD 16 GB Video MP3 Player (Black)

The iPod Touch has always been referred to as an iPhone without the phone, but it also misses some key features such as a camera, gps, powerful processor, etc. But this changes with the new iTouch. Now you can really say its an iPhone without the phone, but even with that it can be incorrect because you can use services such as skype, or even Facetime to video call your friends. The only cons I can say is that, like every apple product, you are stuck with iTunes for all your content to your iPod and the maximum capacity is 64gb. And also the back of the itouch is very prone to scratches.
