The perfect Android Media Player

If I was a company, lets say Sony, Samsung, LG, Motorola, etc. I would create a touch screen media player that would directly compete with the Apple iToouch using Android operating System. There are many Android smartphones that many people prefer than the iPhone. If people prefer Android, then what if you made the same device without the calling feature. Let's face it, everyone wants an iTouch as there touch screen mp3 player. You have the Zune HD, but it doesn't compare to the iTouch. If you had the option of buying an iTouch, or an Android Touch Screen MP3 PLayer, wouldn't it be a hard decision?
Here are the specs for a perfect Android Media PLayer that would compete with the iTouch:

-Screen Size: 3.5"-4.0"
-Processor: 1 Ghz processor
-Camera: Front Facing camera, and a 5 MP camera w/ Flash
-Expansion: Micro SD
-Adobe Flash Player
-The most up-to-date Android Software STOCK froyo 2.2
-4gb onboard memory (come with a 16gb Micro SD)

I think these are the key features for a successful Android Media Player priced for about 200-300$. What you guys think? Would you dump your iTouch for an Android Media Player?
